Ketra Davenport-King, MACE, MBA
Ketra L. Davenport-King founded Life After Advocacy Group, Inc (LAAG) in May of 2004. It is her heart's desire to give to others what God has given her internally "Freedom." She believes that all things are made new and God has divinely purposed her to minister to the heart of abused women, men and children. With God's guidance and her passion LAAG Inc. will help victims understand the nature and origin of sexual, emotional, mental, and verbal abuse.
Mrs. Davenport-King passion for teaching individuals in the areas of leadership, women development, and future planning have afforded her to participate in conferences, workshops and seminars impacting leaders.
Mrs. Davenport-King is currently a Doctorate candidate at Regent University studying Strategic Leadership. Her educational credentials include a BAS in Christian Ministry and Communication, Master of Arts in Christian Education/Counseling MACE; Certified in Christian School Education; and Master of Business Administration MBA in Management.
She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Jack and Jill of America, Dallas County Sexual Assault coalition, Salvation Army of Vernon board member, and volunteer her time with various organizations within her local community.
Mrs. Davenport-King is a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend, and mentor who believes in building people through servant leadership.
